| Tyler Rotary
Club's 2005 Third Annual Chili Cook-Off was a huge success raising funds for improvements
at the St. Louis School, the city's public school campus for students with learning
disabilities, and for the Texas Missions of Mercy, which provides health care to natives
in a South American jungle. |

to 23 cookers, we were able to have preliminary and final judging of the chilis. Celebrity
judges, as well as judges selected from the crowd, were used to determine the
