The Rotary Club of Tyler
The Rotary Club of Tyler is combining with Rose City Chili Pod to present our 11th Annual Chili Cook-Off. Wander through and observe chili cooks doing their thing. They love to talk Chili! Some will even be putting on a show, trying to impress our Showmanship Judges. This is fun for the family!
Taste Some Chili
Buy a tasting cup and spoon to taste throwdown chili for only $5.00 per person. What is throwdown Chili? It's Chili made like you and I make it, and not meant for competition.
Entry fee for cooks is only $20.00! Awards and prizes will be given for chili and showmanship. Goody bags while supplies last. Tents, tables, and chairs for the public. CASI rules apply and chili must be cooked on the premises. Every chili cook must use an outdoor cooking Coleman stove or grill. Must have fire extinguisher. RV parking. No hookups.
